Q. How can you get in touch?

Simply send us an email at: contact@djikefactor.com With the details of your query and your country of residence. One of our representatives will be in touch.

Q. How long will it take to fulfill my request?

Once you have qualified for DJIKE FACTOR’s financing solution, we will pay your invoice in 72 hours or less. Your goods will then be delivered to your warehouse (please allow X weeks for delivery depending on the country the goods have been shipped from).

Q. Is my payment insured?

Yes.

Q. How do I know my invoice has been paid?

As soon as our transfer has been processed towards your buyer, you will receive an email from your DJIKE FACTOR representative detailing the confirmation of your payment.

Q. How do I pay over the three month payment period?

You can pay us via bank transfer or wire transfer.

Q. What do I need to start?

You will need to have joined our annual subscription to start. We will then take care of creating a contract between us and your buyer, before proceeding to the payment of your invoice on their behalf.

You do not need to be a member to benefit from DJIKE FACTOR’s services. You simply need to get in touch with us, and make sure you fulfill the requirements to benefit from our services.
